Hard to believe it’s been eight years since 89.3 The Current first went on the air. The station is celebrating its birthday at First Avenue on two nights, with four local bands each night.
Friday, January 18 lineup: The 4onthefloor, Chastity Brown, John Mark Nelson and Twin Cities Funk and Soul All-Stars.
Saturday, January 19 lineup: Cloud Cult, Dave Pirner, Now, Now and The Chalice.
