Jungle Red Salon Hosts Rhythm & Red Gallery Opening – 5/1

Jungle Red Salon is pleased to announce the featured artist and musician for the May edition of Rhythm and Red. Photographer, Haythem Lafjaj will discuss his artwork and DJ J-Shep will spin tunes for guests from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, May 1, 2013. This event is free to the public and is held in the art gallery located within Jungle Red at 1362 LaSalle Avenue, in beautiful Loring Park, Minneapolis.

On the first Wednesday of each month Jungle Red hosts a gallery opening called “Rhythm & Red”. This event features a different artist and musician from the Twin Cities area each month. The artists get to meet and mingle with the public, local bands and DJs provide auditory ambiance and the complimentary wine and snacks add to the party vibe. Pieces from the featured artist are prominently displayed in the salon’s gallery for an entire month, allowing the public to view or purchase works during regular business hours. Jungle Red is open Tuesday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
